For a full refund, cancel up to 7 days before the experience start time, or within 24 hours of booking as long as the booking is made more than 48 hours before the start time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s cancelled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
Guests ages 10 and up can attend.
All participants should have basic swimming skills.
While previous paddling experience is helpful, it isn't necessary as long as you're fairly fit and can prove after instruction that you can confidently paddle to the island before we leave the safety of the bay.
We do not recommend this experience if you:
• Suffer from motion sickness
• Are not in a good physical shape
• Have fear of open water (Thalassophobia)
• Do not have basic swimming skills

Yes, there is a kiosk at the first location, also you can purchase food and/or drinks once you arrive to Blue Lagoon in Comino.
Please plan on arriving at least 15 minutes prior to departure time to allow for boarding.

Advance reservations are strongly recommended to avoid disappointment. Especially during the high season.

Yes, the kayaking part of the experiences is beginner friendly. One third of our guests are usually first timers. Our kayaks are very stable & we always start the experience with a 30 minute safety briefing and a paddle tutorial.
All guests should have basic swimming skills (a life jacket is always provided as a precaution).
As a general guideline, we recommend that guests have the physical ability to paddle for around 1.5 hrs. Occasion we might encounter strong winds that will require a higher level of exertion. We certainly try to avoid these situations when possible.
Our kayaks are very stable, but if for any reason you capsize, do not panic your life jacket will keep you afloat. Our guide will assist you in getting back on top and carry on with the experience.
Yes, unfortunately we are unable to accept any adult exceeding (114 Kgs) due to the design of the kayak.
If you wear glasses then please attach them with appropriate ties to prevent losing them at sea.
We usually kayak for around 1.5 hrs.
Yes, we stop several times to rest, and admire the surroundings.
We primarily use Sit on Top Kayaks. Guests will use single kayaks or double kayaks depending on availability.
All yours stuff that are not needed for the kayaking part of the experience, will be stored in an attended van.
Yes, a life jacket must be worn at all times while kayaking.
